Article 1: About these Terms of Use
- These terms and conditions apply to all users.
- If a User does not agree to these Terms, he/she may not use this Site or this Service.
- Users of this service, whether individuals or corporations, are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions at the time of application for registration or at the time of using this service.
- The contents of these terms may be changed as necessary, and changes will be notified by email, posting on this site, or other means. If changes are made, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes when you start using the service after the changes have been made, and the latest terms will apply, so please refer to the latest terms of use when using the service.
- In addition to these Terms, the Service also displays information on how to use the Service and important points on the Site. These are also considered to be a part of the Terms. In the event of any inconsistency with these Terms, the information on the Site shall take precedence.

Article 2 Definitions
The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows, unless otherwise specified.

Article 3: Service Contents
This service focuses on selling wedding items and related products and providing information about them.
Article 4 Registration
- Users are required to register before beginning to use this service.
- Registration applications will be made by providing ID, password, name, title, email address, etc. in a manner specified by the Operator. False applications will not be accepted.
- Registration will be considered complete when the Operator sends a notification of registration completion after passing the registration review based on the screening criteria separately determined by the Operator.
- If there are any changes to the registered information, the User must update the user information in a manner specified by the Operator. The Operator shall not be liable for any disadvantage suffered by the User as a result of failure to update the information.

The Operator may cancel a registration if it determines that the Registration Applicant falls under any of the following:
- If the registration screening criteria set by the Operator are not met
- If you are a minor, an adult ward, a person under curatorship, or a person under assistance, and have not obtained the consent of your legal representative, guardian, assistant, or supporter
- If there is any falsehood in the registration application
- Any other reason that the Operator deems it inappropriate to approve the registration
- If the Operator commits any of the acts described in the preceding paragraph, the Operator is under no obligation to disclose the reason therefor to the Registration Applicant or User.
Article 5: Management of Passwords, etc.
- Users must manage their ID and password carefully at their own responsibility to prevent them from being leaked to third parties.
- Any actions taken using an ID and password will be deemed the responsibility of the user who holds that ID, and the operator shall not bear any responsibility whatsoever.
- If your ID has been used without your permission, or if your ID and password have been leaked to a third party, please contact the administrator immediately.
Article 6: Usage Method, Prohibitions, etc.
- Users must use this service in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and in compliance with the Civil Code, Commercial Code, Personal Information Protection Act, Copyright Act, and other laws and regulations.
- Users are solely responsible for any damages caused by their use of this service. The operator shall not be held responsible for any damages caused by users' use of this service, unless otherwise specified.

Users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following acts.
- Any act violating these terms and conditions
- Any act that violates or may violate laws and regulations
- Any act that infringes or encourages the infringement of the rights of a third party
- Making false declarations or reports, such as registering another person's email address
- Using the Service with a fraudulent credit card
- Using or providing harmful programs such as computer viruses
- Sending unsolicited spam e-mails, e-mail newsletters, etc.
- Any action that the operator considers to be disruptive to the Service or the server
- Requests to create child pornography or obscene materials
- Any criminal or illegal acts, such as defamation or other illegal acts
- Violent behavior, summons, intimidation, threats of harm, or unreasonable demands against the operator
- Actions that go against public order and morals
- Usage by users who are involved with antisocial forces
- Disclosing to a third party (including posting on social media, etc.) any material to which the Operator owns intellectual property rights without the Operator's consent
- Any other actions that the operator deems inappropriate
- If the Operator finds that a User has engaged in any of the prohibited acts set forth in the preceding paragraph, or if the Operator determines that such conduct falls under such prohibited acts, the Operator may, at its discretion, suspend or discontinue provision of the Service to the User, cancel the User's registration, delete data from the Operator's server, etc. The Operator shall not be liable for any damages suffered by the User as a result of such actions.
Article 7 Product Sales
- In the sale of products, the sales flow, product specifications, price, payment method, etc. shall be in accordance with the regulations of the operator and this site, and separate fees shall be incurred for any matters not specified. If you are unable to comply with the operator's regulations regarding delivery dates and other matters, the product sales contract will be deemed to have been invalid.
- Please note that products may differ from the photographs and images on this website due to individual differences in materials, and may appear differently depending on how the user uses this website.
- When a user clicks on the "Buy" button on this site, the user is deemed to have made an offer to purchase. The contract for the sale of the product is concluded when the operator accepts the offer. If the operator does not accept the offer, the user will be notified of this and any fees already paid will be refunded.
- The operator shall not be liable for the sale or purchase of goods due to weather, traffic conditions, the user's intentional or negligent acts, or other reasons not deemed to be the operator's intentional or negligent acts.
- If you cancel after purchasing a product, a cancellation fee may be charged. The reasons for the cancellation fee and the specific cancellation fee (50% in principle, 100% if the cancellation is made 3 days or more after the product data has been created or the purchase has been confirmed) will be specified separately.
- If a User violates any provision of these Terms and Conditions or any matter stipulated in an agreement with the Operator, and fails to correct the violation even after a reasonable period of notice has been given, the Operator may terminate the contract in whole or in part.
- When contacting us about a product sale, if the user specifies a mobile phone address, they may not be able to send or receive emails. Please set your email address to allow reception of emails from the operator's domain @moss-d.com. In addition, if the user is unable to receive emails, the operator may discontinue the continuation of the product sale and refuse cancellations and refund requests from the user.
Article 8 User Responsibilities
- Users shall bear all responsibility for their use of this Site and this Service, and shall guarantee to the Operator that their use of this Service does not infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of a third party.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if any problem arises regarding the User's use of the Service, the User shall resolve such problem at his/her own expense and responsibility, and the Operator shall not bear any responsibility whatsoever.
- Users must take responsibility for backing up data related to the use of this service. The operator shall not be liable for data loss due to failure to take a backup.
- If a user causes damage to the operator, the user shall compensate for such damage (including attorney's fees).
- If a user causes damage to a third party through the use of this service, the user shall compensate such damage at his/her own expense and responsibility, and the operator shall not be held liable for such damage. In such a case, if the operator receives a claim for damages from a third party, the user shall compensate the operator for the amount of such damages and expenses (including attorney's fees).
Article 9 Disclaimer
- The Operator may provide schedules for the provision of the Service, however such schedules are only estimates and do not guarantee that the schedule will proceed as scheduled.
- The operator does not guarantee that use of this service will have any specific effects on the user, nor does it guarantee the truthfulness of the information, or the quality of the products.
- The operator does not guarantee that the storage of data created on this site, access to this site, or use of this site will be free from viruses, etc. Users should use this site at their own risk.
- The operator assumes no responsibility for any problems that arise between users or between users and third parties regarding this service.
- The Operator shall not be liable for compensation for damages caused by causes not attributable to the Operator, such as natural disasters or other events, damages caused by special circumstances regardless of whether the Operator could have foreseen them, and indirect damages, including lost profits.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of this Article, if the Operator is liable to pay damages to a User, the maximum amount of damages shall be the amount of the product paid.
Article 10 Intellectual Property Rights, etc.
The intellectual property rights, etc. related to this site and this service (including data sent for confirmation at the time of sale and proofreading data) belong to the operator. Users should use this service in accordance with the usage instructions so as not to infringe on the rights of other users, the operator, or other third parties.
Article 11 Suspension, interruption, change to content, and termination of service
- The Operator may temporarily suspend or terminate the Service without prior notice to or consent from Users if the Operator deems it necessary for the installation of equipment necessary for the operation of the Service, for system maintenance work, or due to force majeure such as natural disasters.
- The Operator reserves the right to change or terminate the content of all or part of the Service at its discretion after providing prior notice to Users.
- The Operator shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User in the cases of the previous two paragraphs. However, if all services are terminated permanently, any fees paid for the Services after the termination shall be refunded.
Article 12 Cancellation of Registration
- If a User wishes to cancel his/her registration, he/she must notify the Operator in the manner specified by the Operator.
- The Operator will not refund any fees paid, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

If any of the following circumstances occur to a User, the Operator may immediately cancel the User's registration without any notice.
- If it is discovered that there were falsehoods in the registration information or other circumstances at the registration application stage that would prevent the registration from being approved
- In the event of serious negligence or breach of trust
- If there is a suspension of payments, or if there is a petition for provisional attachment, seizure, auction, initiation of bankruptcy proceedings, initiation of civil rehabilitation proceedings, initiation of corporate reorganization proceedings, or initiation of special liquidation.
- If a bill clearing house is ordered to suspend transactions
- If you are subject to disposition for non-payment of public taxes
- Any other serious event similar to the preceding items occurs that makes it difficult to continue these Terms or any individual agreement.
- If a User violates any provision of these Terms and Conditions other than those listed in the preceding paragraph, and fails to remedy the User's breach of obligation even after being given a reasonable period of notice, the Operator may cancel the User's registration.
- If the Operator or a User falls under any of the items of Paragraph 3, all monetary debts owed to the other party will automatically become due and must be paid immediately, even without notice or demand from the other party.
- If you wish to register again after canceling your registration, you will need to go through the registration process again. You agree in advance that your previous data will not be carried over after you register again.
Article 13 Confidentiality
The User shall handle any confidential information disclosed or provided by the other party in relation to the use of the Service with the due care of a prudent manager, and shall not use it for purposes other than those of the Service, or disclose or provide it to a third party, without the prior written consent of the other party (including disclosure or provision via SNS, etc.).
Article 14 Collection, analysis and handling of information about users
- The operator may use registration information, terminal information, and other information about users in a form that does not identify individuals for the purpose of distributing information, using statistics, and other services provided by the operator, or for providing such information to third parties.
- In order to understand the usage status of this service, the operator uses information collection modules such as cookies to collect information on the usage of this service. For more information on these information collection modules, please refer to the terms of use and privacy policy of each provider.
- The operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of information collection modules such as cookies.
Article 15 Exclusion of Antisocial Forces

The Operator and Users represent and warrant that they do not currently or in the future fall under any of the following items.
- Being a member of anti-social forces
- Having a relationship that is deemed to give antisocial forces control over management
- Having a relationship that is deemed to involve substantial involvement of antisocial forces in management
- Having a relationship that is deemed to be an inappropriate use of antisocial forces, such as for the purpose of obtaining wrongful benefits for oneself or a third party, or for the purpose of causing damage to a third party
- Having a relationship that is deemed to be involved in providing funds or convenience to antisocial forces
- The directors or persons substantially involved in management have a relationship with antisocial forces that can be socially criticized.
- Making violent demands, threatening behavior, unreasonable demands beyond legal responsibility, discrediting others or disrupting their business through spreading rumors, fraudulent schemes, or intimidation, etc.
- If the Operator or a User finds that the other party has violated the representations and warranties set forth in the preceding paragraph and falls under any of the items of the preceding paragraph, the Operator or the User may immediately terminate all contracts related to the Service without any notice and may claim compensation for damages suffered.
Article 16 Transfer of rights and status
The operator and users may not transfer, sublease, pledge as security or dispose of any rights, obligations, or status relating to this service in any form without the consent of the other party.
Article 17. Negotiations and Resolution
If any matter not specified in these Terms of Use or any doubts arise regarding the interpretation of these Terms of Use, the Operator and User shall promptly seek a resolution through consultation in accordance with the principle of good faith.
Article 18 Jurisdiction
Any litigation between the operator and a user shall be brought under the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court or summary court with jurisdiction over the operator's address.
Article 19 Governing Law
The interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
