Required fees other than the product price:
Consumption tax, shipping fee (1000 yen + tax within Japan / excluding large items)
Additional fee for cash on delivery
If the total of handling fee and product price is up to 30,000 yen, ¥350 (tax included)
If the total of the fee and the product price is over 30,000 yen, ¥600 (tax included)
Customers are responsible for consumption tax, bank transfer fees, and cash on delivery fees.
Returns and Exchanges
As these are made-to-order products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we will accept exchanges only in cases where the product is defective due to our fault or the product you receive is different from the one you ordered.
If the product is missing or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
We will cover the shipping costs incurred in the event of a return or exchange due to our fault.
Cancellation Policy
