[font]
You can select up to five colors for each tile color, font, and font color combination.

If the combination exceeds 5 colors, an additional fee of 1,000 yen or more will be charged.
More details are provided in the form you will be asked to submit after purchase.
Additional fees will be provided at the time of data submission.



[Printing content]
You can print up to two lines of your choice.
It is common to print the name, but it is also possible to print the date, location, message, etc.

There is no limit to the number of characters that can be printed, but the longer the text, the smaller the text will be.

If you purchase 20 or more, we will ship them in a special box.


*Please understand that this product is made using tiles before purchasing.
*Since tiles are normally filled with mortar except for the surface, we cannot guarantee against dirt or scratches other than on the surface of the tile.
*Since this is a ceramic item, the size of each piece will vary depending on the lot and color.
*The print may come off if rubbed intentionally.

※校正はあくまでお客様から頂いたデータを、弊社が正しく転記できているかどうかの確認となります。デザインを一旦確認したいという対応はお受けできません。
※もちろんご提出データと異なる場合の修正については無料対応いたします。

主にデータの作り直しを伴わない修正のみとなります。

・印字内容の変更
・数量の追加
・フォントカラーの変更(カラーの選べる商品のみ)
・商品カラーの変更(軽微な場合のみ)

[ご購入後にかかる可能性のある料金について]
・商品代金にご返金の伴う場合...10%のご返金手数料
・オリジナルのフォントをご希望の場合...3,000円に+書体購入費用(必要な場合)
・ご案内のお日にちよりお客様の御都合でスケジュールが遅れる場合...規定の即納料金※1
　(ただし納期がその分後ろ倒しの場合は対象外)

※1 〜7日の遅れ3,000円/8〜14日の遅れ5,000円/15日〜21日の遅れ10,000円



[データ作成後にかかる料金について]
ご提出の段階ですぐにデータ担当の作業が始まります。
データご提出後〜作成開始までの間は修正の受付ができません。

・全体の書体の変更...3,000円の変更手数料
・姓・名の入れ替え...3,000円の変更手数料
・お色の個別変更や敬称の追加等が複数人に及ぶ場合...3,000円の変更手数料
・その他データの作成し直しが必要な場合...3,000円の変更手数料
・3回目以上の修正の場合...1,000円/都度の修正手数料
・その他通常と異なるご案内月曜な場合...別途お見積り

[即納対応について]
各納期は通常営業日の日数で計算を行っております。
祝日や長期休暇を挟む場合平日のみで以下の日数での対応になりますので事前にご確認ください。
・3週間納期　15日
・2週間納期　10日
・1週間納期　5日

・長期休暇対象となりますお休み
　年末年始・夏季休暇・GW・シルバーウィーク
